Some people seek Clarity. Others are ready to go deeper. This page offers two paths
Second Opinion Consultations (for clarity and guidance)
Therapeutic Intensives (for immersive healing and transformation)

We offer three types of second opinion consultations.
Each includes thorough review of records, coordination with practitioners (if needed), and a 1-2 page written summary with recommendations. These are standalone evaluations—not ongoing care. You will need to have a treatment team to qualify for the second opinions who can implement the recommendations.

Is this an ongoing treatment relationship?
Second Opinions are standalone consultations designed to offer clarity, diagnostic insight, and a personalized treatment map.
If you are seeking ongoing care, we can help connect you to a provider—or explore whether a Therapeutic Intensive is a better fit.
What if I am not sure what option I need?
We offer a 30-minute Check-In ($150) with our PA, to help you decide whether a Second Opinion, Integrative Consultation, or Intensive is the right fit. You’ll leave that session with clarity on next steps—even if it’s not with us.
What is the difference between a Second opinion and a Therapeutic Intensive?
A Second Opinion focuses on evaluation, diagnostic insight, and treatment recommendations.
A Therapeutic Intensive is a deeper, immersive session focused on resolving entrenched emotional or spiritual patterns.
Therapeutic Intensives
Sometimes, an hour at a time isn’t enough.
Therapeutic Intensives offer a deeper, more focused experience for those seeking clarity, breakthrough, or momentum in their healing process. These 3–4 hour sessions are designed for people who feel stuck, are navigating life transitions, or want to explore entrenched patterns with support and care.
Whether you’re facing a long-standing emotional loop, preparing for a major decision, or recovering from burnout, an intensive provides the time and space to explore your inner world more fully—with guidance, presence, and practical tools. If you are new to our practice it is a great way to jump start your treatment with us.

An Intensive can include:
• A 30-60 minute pre-session consultation to clarify goals and prepare (only for new clients)
• A 2-3 hour session that may include parts work, narrative exploration, body awareness, or spiritual integration practices
• A 1-2 page written summary of insights and next steps
• A follow-up integration session to support real-world application
These sessions can be:
• Standalone (for insight, clarity, and direction)
• Transitional (between therapists, or after a major event)
• Preparatory (before KAP or deeper spiritual work)
Our intensives are of three types. Please contact us to schedule your 30 minute appointment with our PA ($150) if you need help deciding what might you benefit from.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy intensives

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Track

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a doorway into deeper insight, emotional release, and spiritual clarity. Within a supportive therapeutic container, ketamine can help loosen entrenched patterns and access dimensions of the self that are often hard to reach through talk therapy alone.
KAP is offered as part of a structured healing track designed to ensure safety, meaning, and lasting integration through our sister clinic, Blossom Ketamine.
Each KAP journey (after a medical clearance) consists of:
• 30 minute intention check in and establishing ritual
• A 30-60-minute Active journeying
• A 60-minute Session to process themes of the journey
This track can be repeated as needed, with additional medicine or integration sessions tailored to your goals. Some people pair KAP with a Therapeutic or Psycho-spiritual Intensive, while others pursue it over time as part of their ongoing healing journey.
