We’ll explore the importance of sleep in weight loss/gain and appetite control.

Understand how stress regulation plays into blood sugar control and digestion.

We will discuss the habits to build around relieving stress, which includes mindful eating.

We will also discuss why weight loss can be difficult once fat cells begin to break down and slow detoxification with the toxins they release.

The series is limited to 15 participants. Payment in full is required to begin the series.
The $120 participation fee includes all eight sessions. (No refunds will be possible once the series begins.)
