Studies show that in many cases, HOW you eat is more important than WHAT you eat. This is especially true in our society where screens are generally present at every moment in our lives and convenience food has taken the place of natural, whole foods. Mindful eating provides non-judgmental insight into how food makes us feel both emotionally and physically.

We are out of touch with what we put in our bodies – especially when we’re emotional.

During these stressful times, where we are stuck at home eating whatever makes us feel safer, mindfulness is more important than ever. And what better time than now to start changing habits that connect us with what nourishes our bodies and creates more emotional stability?!

This a weekly online mindful eating group course.

This is donation-based (appreciated but do not feel obligated during this time).

The goal is to create a group platform where participants are given the tools to create non-judgmental habits around eating in a supportive and integrated group setting.
