All clinical questions should be submitted through secure Patient Portal message. Most patients also complete their intake paperwork online in our Patient Portal for convenience. You will also be able to make, change, and cancel appointments on the Patient Portal.

The choice of where to buy the supplements Dr. Javed prescribes is completely up to you. You can buy many of the supplements we prescribe from any quality compounding or natural pharmacy.
For your convenience, we also maintain a Fullscript supplements dispensary that is integrated into your medical record for those who want to order during their patient visit or via our website at a later time.
